It takes a huge amount of sacrifice to become the very best, just ask Cristiano Ronaldo, who constantly strives for perfection on a game-by-game basis. The man himself has recently claimed that he will carry on playing for another eight years as he keeps his body in tip top condition. It was revealed by Business Insider that the year-old has eight hours of sleep, which gives him enough time to complete his ab workout before breakfast, and drinks plenty of fluids throughout the day - like any football would. Wayne Rooney once said that the former Manchester United winger used to look at his own reflection in the mirror to psych himself. And now former England international Peter Crouch has revealed that Rio Ferdinand once told him a story about the former Los Blancos forward that will live long in the memory. I'm so beautiful!

It's needless to say that Ronaldo had a great game and there was no surprise to see Milan youngster Raoul Bellanova asking the Juventus forward for a picture.
